Places to Go

  • Keewaydin Island

    Keewaydin Island

Off the coast of Naples lies the barrier island - Keewaydin Island. The peaceful atmosphere that the island boasts is created because there are no roads or bridges, much less cars on the island itself; you must take a boat to get to the island. Explore the warm waters by shelling along the coast or exploring by boat.
  • Tennis

Hit the tennis courts as you play on this island paradise and engage in some friendly competition. Play a round of singles or doubles as you test your backhand.
  • Water Sports

    Water Sports

Enjoy a thrilling time out on the water and rent jet skis, wave runners, parasails or kayaks. The knowledgeable staff of Marco Island Watersports or Naples Beach Watersports will help guide you so that you have the best time no matter what your skill level.
  • Nature

Bask in the natural glory of Naples Botanical Garden which features 170 acres of different types of natural habitats along with over 1000 different species. Or, explore Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, which houses the largest remaining stand of old growth bald cypress in North America along with an abundance of birds and wildlife.
  • Fishing

Fish freely at the Naples Pier as it does not require a fishing license. Snook, Trout, Sheepshead and Spanish Mackerel can be found in the Florida West Coast waters. If you're feeling a bit more adventurous, try deep sea fishing by contacting a fishing captain at Tampa Bay Fishing Guide Association.
  • Golfing

Gather you clubs and get ready to hit the links at one of the many golf courses that Naples has to offer. There are a variety of courses that vary in difficulty including courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Gary Player.
