Does my reservation qualify for the Sunsational Guarantee?
Travel Advantage Network only guarantees reservations to top resort areas and not specific properties. You should contact a travel specialist at least 90 days in advance of your preferred travel dates to these top resort areas. Requests made for holidays, special events, consecutive requests or multiple requests for the same week do not qualify for the Sunsational Guarantee. Your accommodation must be for studio or one-bedroom units. TAN cannot guarantee multiple weeks and/or multiple units.
May I reserve a specific property?
A travel specialist can inform you which properties are available. You may choose from the offered accommodations available at that time. Travel Advantage Network only guarantees reservations to top resort areas and not specific properties. Please refer to our Sunsational Guarantee.
How much notice is required to book a vacation?
Travel Advantage Network accepts reservations up to 360 days in advance of travel. Prime season times vary by area and are indicated on each property’s web page.
May I book a last-minute vacation?
Absolutely, however, it will be subject to availability. Take advantage of our Excess Inventory program to find last-minute deals. To check availability, call a travel specialist at 1 (800) 925.5108 or check online on our website.
May I request a specific check-in day?
Most properties offer Saturday check-in only; however, some properties have Friday or Sunday check-in dates. Each Travel Advantage Network home property page listed under the Escapes section of the website shows the available check-in days. If a property indicates only one check-in day of the week, it cannot be changed to another day.
May I book multiple units or weeks?
Yes, you may request multiple units or weeks, which are subject to availability and are less likely to be available during prime travel times. You may not use more than two concurrent or consecutive vacation weeks in the same resort area during prime or holiday season. Please note that multiple units or weeks are deducted from your account balance.
May I book a property for just a few days?
One of the benefits to the Travel Advantage Network VIP program is that you can take a vacation in 3 or 4 night increments. Please call a Travel Advocate to book your vacation.
As a Travel Advantage Network traveler regular reservations are always on a weekly basis with the full reservation fee due. You may, however, check-in late or leave early if you choose.
Are my fees refundable if I choose to change or cancel my vacation?
Vacation Assurance Program (VAP) is a program available at the time of booking which allows you to cancel a reservation and not lose all fees invested. The amount of refunded fees is dependent on the amount of notice given to Travel Advantage Network before the travel date.
May I extend my benefits to family?
Yes! Please contact a Travel Specialist and add your family members to your account.
May I bring my pet on vacation with me?
Though we love pets, most Travel Advantage Network accommodations do not allow them. Pets and other animals pose potential concerns of disruption (interrupting other guests), health (transmission of allergens, dander, and odors), safety (risk of aggression, animal bites and scratches), and hygiene (pest infestation). Therefore, if additional cleaning is required due to an unauthorized pet or animal, the guest(s) would be responsible for the additional cleaning charge. Please note, while a handful of properties we lease from Beachtree Properties do allow pets at their establishments, units leased by Travel Advantage Network do not.
If you are traveling with a service animal, it must be declared ahead of time to allow us to coordinate with the check-in office to avoid any unnecessary delays. Any pet found in a unit that is not a registered service animal will result in additional charges.
What is Excess Inventory?
Excess Inventory is select properties offered at an extremely low flat rate plus the cost of your usual processing fee. Excess Inventory does not require use of your prepaid weeks or voucher and is open to your family.
How do I create an online account?
1) Enter your account number (example: V12-A-123456)
2) Click the green "Register" button. There you will be able to create your online password. First, you'll be asked to verify your telephone number in our database, which will instantly verify your access to the online account management portion of our site. Here, you must confirm the email address on file with us. Please update/change your email address as you wish.
3) If you are already a registered user and need to retrieve your password, hit the blue "Password Reminder" button. Your password will be emailed to the address on file with Travel Advantage Network.
Can I pay my service charge online?
